What is Gazundering? Aside from being a strange word, it's an underhand tactic that buyers use to force you to accept a lower price for your home after you've already agreed a sale with them.

They offer one price at the outset, only to come back and drop their offer later on in the process. They might blame any number of things as their reason, but often the whole thing will be a ruse: Many buyers routinely use this tactic routinely simply because they know you're more likely to accept a lower price later in the process.
