The entire team were fantastic. They kept in regular contact with me, I was aware of any changes that had occurred and actions that needed to be completed to make sure that the process went as quickly/slowly as we wanted.  

They were very honest about what they did, how they did it, the costs, the offer etc and put no pressure on at all to rush anything.

Unlike many other companies the price they agreed was the price they paid, and didn't try to find lots of faults to reduce the offer.

Having a flat destroyed by bad tenants, I couldn't sell this through a regular estate agent. They just didn't have the catalogue of interested buyers. However, Yes Homebuyers were able to get it done quickly.
