So you put your house on the market, you did the viewings, and eventually you agreed a sale. Great stuff!
The bad news is... It turns out that was the easy part. Getting your sale to actually complete after it's been agreed is the hard part. (Getting it to complete in a timely manner is even more difficult).
This is where sales progression comes in. Sales progression is all about actually getting your sale through. It's about making sure that all the things that need to be done get done, it's about tackling all the issues that inevitably come up, and it's about keeping everyone on the same page throughout the duration of the sale so that, eventually, you can complete.
