If you accept our offer then you set a completion date that is convenient for you.

For some of our customers this can be in as little as a couple of weeks, however many clients want to set the completion date weeks or even months in the future. That's fine with us too. If gives them time to get all their other plans in place, and make sure they have a smooth, easy transition on moving-day.

What happens next

We instruct the solicitors to begin work (we only work with the fastest solicitors, who are used to turning things around quickly). We have a dedicated “sales progression” team too who will be making sure everything happens smoothly and we hit the date you've requested. They'll always be on hand to talk you through each step of the process as well.
